Polycarbonate Conservatory Roof Upgrade

Replace your old and tired 16mm thin polycarbonate roof with new 25/35mm thick improved advance performance Polycarbonate.

Many dated polycarbonate conservatory roofs have green algae and condensation in the polycarbonate flutes and in many instances the sheets have slipped causing draughts, condensation and leaks.

It is rare that a conservatory requires a complete new roof structure inclusive of all components such as glazing bars and covers, support beams and ridges. Generally the conservatory roof can be upgraded with the latest advance performance polycarbonate at a very affordable cost .

However, where the conservatory roof has become structurally unsound, it may be best to replace it with a new modern Synseal Global roofing system. Any new roof will be specified to compliment the look of your existing conservatory. Our systems will transform your conservatory to look as good as new and extend its life by up to 25 years. The conservatory roof system will feature advanced materials to ensure excellent insulation and summer heat reflection.

Most Conservatory Roofs in Shropshire and The West Midlands have just 16mm Polycarbonate sheets with a U-value of just 2.4Wm2.

The range of tints are Clear – Bronze – Opal – Bronze/Opal – Heat-guard/Opal – Blue as well as the high performance Solar Reflective Inserts in Silver and Gold.

Bronze/Opal Tint Multi Wall Polycarbonate

A multi layered dual colour sheet giving the benefits of Bronze tint on the outer surface with the sharp clean lines of the opal inner face giving excellent reflective internal natural light.

Heat-guard/Opal Tint Multi Wall Polycarbonate

A multi layered dual colour sheet with a co extruded heat reflective layer in the outer surface reducing the solar transmission by up to 50% compared with standard tint material, added to this excellent shading properties with the sharp clean lines of the opal inner face giving excellent reflective internal natural light.

Blue IR ST 35mm 7 Wall Polycarbonate Sheet

A top of the range 7 wall polycarbonate sheet with an excellent 1.2u value of heat retention giving buildings the best performance in energy efficiency. The sheet benefits from the addition of an active IR co-extrusion layer which in effect takes and filters the suns IR wavelength of light and does not allow this IR transmission through the sheeting like a traditional polycarbonate sheet would. By blocking this IR wavelength the air molecules in the room are not heated and the room remains cooler in summer by as much as 7deg C.

The gentle blue tint has been added to give a relaxed feel to any room and to blend in perfectly with tinted glass used in window panes.

An average 9M2 upgrade costs just £985 all in.(subject to free survey)

This equates to Just £110 Per Square Metre Fitted.

We remove and dispose of your current polycarbonate and up-grade to the latest thicker advanced performance polycarbonate.

During the installation we fit new professionally sealed end closures, clean down the roof bars and can rectify any existing leaks.

If your conservatory gutter system is looking tired, we can also change this at an extra cost.
